Vinification: The grapes are gently destemmed and pressed. The fermentation takes place with maceration of the skins in stainless steel containers thermo-conditioned. To extract color and flavor from the skins several replacements are performed
Ageing: maturation occurs in large French oak barrels.
Colour: Intense ruby red.
Scent: Intense, fruity, accompanied by hints of red fruit and berries blacks.
Taste: Intense, very pleasing to the fruity notes.
Food pairings: Thanks to his personality is well suited to red meat dishes, roasts, and medium-aged cheeses.
