
Grape varieties: Marzemino from the vine “La Rua”.
Denomination: Marzemino Vallagarina IGT / IGP.
Production area: Valdadige – Vallagarina Trentino-Veronese.
Harvesting method: Hand harvest.
Vinification: The grapes are gently destemmed and pressed. The fermentation takes place with maceration of the skins in stainless steel containers thermo-conditioned. To extract color and flavor from the skins several replacements are performed.
Affinamento: The maturation takes place in steel to maintain the original features of the Marzemino.
Colour: Intense ruby red with violet reflections.
Scent: Delicate and intense, reminiscent of viola mammola and small berries.
Taste: Harmonious, full, good structure, good correspondence nasal back of fruity notes.
Food pairings: Ideal with dishes based on meat is white and red, the flavor is not overly aggressive.
