Harvesting method: Manual picking with grape clusters selection.
Vinification: The grapes are gently destemmed and pressed. The must obtained starts to alcoholic fermentation in steel containers at a controlled temperature between 23 and 25 ° C; simultaneously we proceed to a short maceration on the skins. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, where it remains for about 15 months. The bottled wine is stored in thermo-conditioned premises for about five months.
