Maturation and bottling: French oak barrels for 12-14 months, 30-50% new oak. Bottled entirely at the estate.
Wine Tasting: The nose is powerful with black fruit, slightly wooded. Mouth is charming and generous, explosion of fruit with soft tannins and good freshness. Wine of character and depth.
Ageing: Until 20 years.
Food pairing: Rack of lamb with parsley.
