Chateau Carmenere is situated in the Medoc area (Queyrac). Size of the vineyard is 8.5 hectares. They make a big effort to avoid using chemical treatments and mechanical harvest.
Its fruity bouquet and fine structure constitute into the second wine of the vineyard.
Grapes varieties: 58% Merlot, 32% Cebernet Sauvignon,10% Carmenere.
Maturation: Fermented in a very small stainless still tank and French oak barrels for 12 months.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
